At ALO, we want you to love your new gear; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the items.
